Cute Ruth Craft, but I don't like to cut that much with my 3 year olds...

Game Ideas
"Ruth's Run" is a game idea taken from the book Bible Story Games for Preschoolers by Group Publishing. In this game there are 2 large bowls, dry beans and small paper cups.  You fill one bowl with the beans, and place it on the floor.  Place the other bowl across the room.  Now have students take cups of beans from one bowl to the empty bowl, taking turns like in a relay.  Say, "The Bible tells us about Ruth, who worked hard stooping to scoop up grain and carry it home so that she and her mother-in-law could eat." You could also play with 2 different "teams" if you would like.

Moses Crosses the Red Sea

What an amazing story to think about! That God could part the Red Sea and make it so that the Israelites could get to safety.  Here are a few ideas that can be used when teaching this lesson.

Here Goes Nothing
